Why we ask for guest informations.

Under the Japanese Hotel Business Act, all accommodation providers are required to collect and keep guest registration information.

For guest who do not have a residential address in Japan, we are also required to confirm identity by collecting a copy of the passport.

This information is used only for legal compliance ad will be handled securely.

Please attach a copy or photo of Passport ( for non Japanese) or ID ( for Japanese) for ALL GUESTS
